As its primary focus, LEADER BUILDER, Inc. provides instructional and non-instructional services that support students in need of education assistance and guidance. LEADER BUILDER, Inc. extends services such as living assistance for students, academic/career guidance, and lending critical support during the transitional phase between middle and high school.

LEADER BUILDER, Inc. provides programs that offer advancement and opportunities for children and youth to participate in educational, recreational, cultural, social, and art activities. “Lead Me After school” includes: Drop-out prevention/retention services for "At-Risk" students; Educational testing (SAT, CAHSEE, OCR, CST); and Tutoring.  The various programs lend a structural environment to strengthen and motivate leadership qualities in our youth.

Additionally, LEADER BUILDER, Inc. provides individual grants to specific individuals in need.  These grants are career-focused and will help to achieve developmental goals. This program allows donors to make cash or non-cash donations in providing youth with school supplies, art supplies, physical education equipment, and other resources needed to foster future achievement.
